Be your own boss--and a smart one

Anita Bruzzese, Gannett, says it’s never too late to start a business.

One guy opened a barbershop. He ignore the naysayers, noting that as you grow older, you get clearer about what you want.

People want to help you succeed, he says.

This guy tries to make the shop new and fun.

He listens to his younger staff.
